New for 2011, Fair Wind Sailing has opened a full-time Michigan sailing charter base. Operating out of convenient Jefferson Beach Marina in St Clair Shores, we are in the heart of the Nautical Mile and in the middle of the Michigan sailing action. From here, you can enjoy a great day of sailing on Lake St Clair and then return from your Michigan sailing charter and enjoy the many restaurants and live music in and around the marina. Michigan Summers just don't get any better!
We've added a Catalina 25 named SummerzCool as a dedicated boat for Michigan sailing charters. The Catalina 25 is a great boat for Lake St Clair with lots of room in the cockpit and great sail plan for your comfort. The shallow draft will keep you and your sailing charter guests out of trouble!
